You might remember Sarah and Brett’s gorgeous engagement session a few months ago. During their engagement session, I learned a few things about them that still rang true on their wedding day. Sarah is a complete sweetheart, Brett hates having his picture made (in a fun way…I think), and their love is pretty amazing. 🙂
Sarah and Brett were married on a gorgeous day at the end of January. Just the weekend before, we saw the most snow I have ever seen in my life, and on their wedding day, we were all grateful that their wedding was not planned for a week earlier. I spent the morning with Sarah and her bridesmaids, all who have been lifelong friends. Their bond was an incredible thing to see, and I loved my time with them throughout the day.
Sarah and Brett were my first wedding couple to choose not to see one another for a first look. Instead, Brett’s first glimpse of his bride was the moment she began to walk down the aisle. I loved being a witness to that moment, and the rest of the ceremony was just as sweet. The reception was filled with incredible desserts, a little bit of dancing, and a lot of love. I enjoyed every minute of Sarah and Brett’s day, and I’m thankful to have been a small part of their wedding.
