The Ferguson Family

Most of you know that I am also a high school English teacher.  There are many things I love about my job, but one of my favorites might be getting the opportunity to see Charity a couple of times each school year when she comes to my classroom to talk to my students admissions counselor for my alma mater, Lindsey Wilson College.  The information she provides for my students about steps they need to take after graduating in order to be successful is priceless, and the added bonus of catching up with Charity in between groups of students makes me look forward to her visits every year.

Now that I have gotten to know Charity’s family a little bit better, I know that I will look forward to her visits even more.

Charity contacted me a few months ago about booking one of my Mother’s Day mini sessions with her daughter, Ana Kae, and we went ahead and scheduled a date for newborn photos a few days after sweet little Emmett was scheduled to arrive as well  Sweet little Emmett had different plans and decided to make his appearance a month earlier than expected, but he was already super tough and handled his early entrance well, but we decided to stick with our original session date anyway.  He is definitely a little boy who is already well-loved, especially by his big sister, who was just as much fun to photograph for this session as the last.

Take a little peek at some of my favorites from my session with Charity, Ben, Ana Kae, and Emmett below.
