Katlyn & Jordan’s Wedding Day

If I had to choose only one word that would capture the essence of Katlyn and Jordan’s wedding day, that would be an easy task for me.

Joy.

From the moment I arrived at the cottage where the girls were getting ready to the moment I left the gorgeous reception, Katlyn and Jordan’s wedding day radiated pure joy.  Every aspect of the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and happiness.  Katlyn is truly one of the sweetest girls I have been blessed enough to meet, and I felt as though I was spending the day with an old friend I had known for years.  Her gentle soul found a perfect match in Jordan, and watching the two of them together was a blessing in itself.  As for their wedding party, I don’t know that I can even describe how fun the bridesmaids and groomsmen were that day.  Not only were they up for anything I asked of them, but they kept me laughing the entire day.  I have never had a group of groomsmen respond so quickly (or so enthusiastically) to the words, “TICKLE FIGHT!” nor have I ever had a group of bridesmaids exhibit such a perfect amount of sass on cue.  Katlyn and Jordan’s families were also incredible, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to meet them all.

I really don’t know that I could have asked for a better day.
